PAYMENT TERMS:  We accept online payments through PayPal (MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS).  

Orders shipped to destination within the State of Maryland are subject to 6% tax.

 

SHIPPING:  F.O.B. Urbana, Maryland  USA.  Most orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt via UPS GROUND or best way.

 

RETURNS:  We stand behind our products with regard to quality and appearance.  Shipments should be inspected for product damage and order accuracy and incidents reported to us within five (5) days of receipt.  Photo confirmation of damages may be requested.  Returns must be authorized by CIRCA-HOME and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and associated shipping fees.

 

SAFETY:  A Warning Label accompanies each candle product and all precautions should be adhered to by the end user.  CIRCA-HOME is not responsible product neglect or misuse.  Candles shoule be considered potentially hazardous and proper consideration given to their use and maintenance.
